Our pizzas are crafted in a Napoli-style brick oven, hand-built to embody the finest Italian tradition. Constructed with the highest quality refractory fire clay from Alfa’s kiln in Anagni, near Rome, this oven is engineered for superior heat retention and efficiency. The wide base allows for seamless maneuvering, while the narrow, pointed arch minimizes heat loss. This expertly designed oven ensures that every pizza is cooked to perfection, offering you a true taste of Italy with every bite.
The Herb Garden
Perched on our rooftop, our herb garden is a vibrant source of fresh flavors that elevate our dishes. We believe in using only the freshest ingredients, and our rooftop garden is a testament to our commitment to quality. Each herb is handpicked to add an extra burst of flavor, ensuring that our pizzas and dishes are as fresh and aromatic as possible.
Our Suppliers
To maintain the highest standards, we source our ingredients from the best local and international suppliers. Our beef and pork come from the renowned local butcher, Nigel Gahan, while our cured meats, Mozzarella, and San Marzano tomatoes are provided by K&C Norton. Our seafood is sourced from Select Seafood, ensuring freshness and flavor in every dish. We also use DOP-certified cheese, known for its exceptional quality, and premium pizza flour, both sourced from K&C Norton.
