All members must sign a COVID -19 form upon returning to the club. Please download this form and email it to us at leisureclub@bonningtondublin.com

We look forward to welcoming you back.   The temporary opening hours for the club are as follows:

  • Monday – Friday  8.00am – 8.00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday  10.00am – 6.00pm
  • A pre-booking system is in place for the foreseeable. Please call or email the club to book your slot. We are allowing 60 minutes, per member.
  • Please adhere to all social distancing measures and procedures onsite and as outlined by the club.
  • There will be restrictions in the changing areas. Where possible it is advised to shower at home and arrive to the club in your fitness attire.
  • Please bring your own sweat towel. No Towels are not available at the club.
  • Gym equipment will be regularly sanitised and cleaned by our staff. However it is up to each member to wipe down gym equipment before and after use.  Blue roll and sanitiser will be available at various locations in the club.

The above procedures are in place until we have further instruction from the HSE and the Government.

WORKING TOGETHER

If you are planning a visit to a Club, please keep the following in mind:

  • Let us know if you or anyone in your household develop Covid-19 symptoms.
  • You must advise the club if you have been recently travelling overseas (post overseas travel requires14 days self- isolation period and you must stay at home).
  • Please do not come to the club if you feel unwell.
  • Wipe down equipment with the sanitiser provided before and after use.
  • Wash hands frequently
  • Do not remove cleaning materials/hand sanitiser from the Club.
  • Please be patient, polite and observe all notices, if you have feedback for the club please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • We are all in this together so please bear with us in relation to our new systems, procedures and protocols to keep you, our staff and families safe and well.

Class Descriptions

Spinning: This is a special stationary bike which simulates all the experience of outdoor cycling, guaranteed to get your heart pumping and burns excess calories!!

Body Bootcamp: This is a high energy workout that combines both high intensity cardiovascular work with strength and conditioning stations. This class is designed in a way that pushes the participant harder than they would normally push themselves.

Aqua-Fit: An invigorating water work-out combining cardiovascular exercises with upper and lower body conditioning. Get all the benefit of resistance training with only 10% of the stress and strain on your body. Suitable for all levels.

Bums, Legs & Tums: A 40 minute class focused on sculpting your lower body as well as freeing your six-pack. Lots of fun, lots of variety and a great way to strengthen problem areas.

Total Tone: Strengthen, define and tone in this all over body sculpting class, using both resistance equipment and your own body weight your instructor will take you through your paces in this weight’s to music class. Suitable for all levels.

Tabata // H.I.I.T Training:  This workout is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. By doing this, you train all of your energy systems, something that regular cardio workouts usually don’t do. Not only does that make you more fit, it helps you burn more calories both during and after your workouts.

Mobility: This class is based around the training of the mobile & stable joints for greater control of the body’s functions having full range of motion between the joints also providing stability for improved posture alignment. Highly recommended for injury prevention.

Cardio Boxing: A high intensity full body work out providing a mixture of both boxing combinations along with high impact exercises. This class is designed to continuously keep heart rate in zone 2. Benefits of class included improved muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness over time improved body composition.

Functional Fitness “Track”: Functional fitness trains your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. You will use various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time. Functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

Personal Training – Achieve your Goals

Personal trainers are at hand to offer support, advice and tailor programmes specific to your personal needs and goals. They offer a range of one to one individual and small group packages.   Prices and packages are available upon request.
